Triton Digital Releases the May 2025 Australian Podcast Ranker

 

 

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – June 18, 2025 Triton Digital®, the global technology and services provider to the digital audio, podcast, and broadcast radio industries, announced today the release of the May 2025 Australian Podcast Ranker.

 

The Ranker provides insights into the Top Publishers and Sales Representatives in Australia from May 1 through May 31, 2025, as measured by Triton’s Podcast Metrics measurement service.

 

The Top Podcast Ranker and Top 200 Australian-Made Ranker are ranked by monthly listeners, in accordance with IAB Podcast Technical Measurement Guidelines.

 

For this reporting period, the top three publishers were, once again, ARN/iHeart at #1, LiSTNR (SCA) at #2, and SiriusXM Podcast Network at #3.

 

For a second month, the top three podcasts for the Top Podcast Ranker remained The Mel Robbins Podcast (SiriusXM Podcast Network) at #1, Hamish & Andy (LiSTNR (SCA)) sitting at #2, and ABC News Top Stories (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) remaining at #3.

 

Following on trend, the top three podcasts for the Top 200 Australian-Made Ranker remained Hamish & Andy (LiSTNR (SCA)) at #1, ABC News Top Stories (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) at #2, and Mamamia Out Loud (Mamamia) at #3.

 

Podcasts debuting internationally in the Top Podcast ranker for May include Diddy on Trial (BBC) and What The Duck?! (Australian Broadcasting Corporation), while overlapping debuts across the international and Australian-made ranker include The Mushroom Trial: Say Grace (Nine Radio) and The Gangster's Ghost (News Corp Australia). Debuting from the Australian-made ranker was The Missing Matter (Podshape).
