Omny Studio (“Omny,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides technology and services to podcast publishers (“Publishers”) to host, operate, and monetize their podcasts. Omny processes information only on behalf of and under the instructions of Publishers. These Privacy FAQs describe how Omny processes information about podcast listeners when they access podcasts provided by Publishers using our services.

What Information Does Omny Collect?

When you listen to a Publisher’s podcast that is hosted, distributed, or otherwise supported by Omny, we may process certain information on behalf of the Publisher, including:

• Internet Activity Information & Usage Data
• Advertising & Measurement Signals
• Inferences

How Does Omny Use and Collect Information?

As directed and on behalf of Publishers, Omny may collect the information identified above automatically through logs, SDKs, analytics and measurement tools, and ad serving technologies integrated into Omny’s services.

We process the information described above on behalf of Publishers for the following purposes:

• Advertisement Insertion & Delivery
• Operate & Maintain Services
• Research & Analytics
• Improve Podcasts & Services
• Protect Rights & Compliance

Additionally, Publishers may choose to activate functionalities within our services that require us to integrate with third-party technology platforms who may also have access to the information described above for analytics, marketing and advertising purposes. Publishers may also choose to direct your download to a third-party technology platform who may also have access to the information described above. Please know that we do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

How Does Omny Disclose Information?

Omny may disclose information to the following parties:

• Podcast Publishers
• Service Providers & Subprocessors
• Advertising Partners (as directed by Publishers)
• Legal, Security, and Compliance
• Corporate Transactions

Your Choices

Your privacy choices and rights are managed by the Publisher of the podcast you listen to. If you wish to exercise rights (such as access, correction, deletion, or opt‑out of sales/sharing/targeted advertising under applicable law), please contact the Publisher directly.
