TRITON DIGITAL RELEASES THE AUSTRALIAN PODCAST RANKER FOR APRIL 2025

 

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – May 21, 2025Triton Digital®, the global technology and services leader to the digital audio, podcast, and broadcast radio industries, announced today the release of the April 2025 Australian Podcast Ranker.

 

The Ranker provides insights into the Top Publishers in Australia, and the Top Sales Representatives in Australia from April 1 through April 30, 2025, as measured by Triton’s Podcast Metrics measurement service.

 

The Top Podcast Ranker and Top 200 Australian-Made Ranker are ranked by monthly listeners, in accordance with IAB Podcast Technical Measurement Guidelines. 

 

For this reporting period, the top three publishers were ARN/iHeart again at #1, LiSTNR (SCA) climbing to #2, and SiriusXM Podcast Network at #3.


The top three podcasts for the Top Podcast Ranker included The Mel Robbins Podcast (SiriusXM Podcast Network) at #1, Hamish & Andy (LiSTNR (SCA)) climbing to #2, and ABC News Top Stories (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) at #3.


The top three podcasts for the Top 200 Australian-Made Ranker included Hamish & Andy (LiSTNR (SCA)) climbing to #1, ABC News Top Stories (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) at #2, and Mamamia Out Loud (Mamamia) at #3.


The Top Podcast Ranker saw many debuts in April, which included Guru: The Dark Side of Enlightenment (Wondery) and Eddie and Jimmy (Nine Radio).


167 Podcast (DM Podcasts), Try Before You Die (Nine Radio), The Lighthouse (News Corp Australia), and Well. (Mamamia) debuted in the Top 200 Australian-Made Ranker.


The Saints (Nine Radio), No One Saw It Coming (Australian Broadcasting Corporation), We Don't Have Time For This (We Don't Have Time For This),  Eyes On Gilead: A Handmaid's Tale Podcast (Special Broadcasting Service) and more debuted in both the Top Podcast Ranker and Top 200 Australian-Made Ranker.


The We Don't Have Time For This podcast also joined the Australian Podcast Ranker in April.
