Triton Digital Releases The US Podcast Ranker March 2024

TRITON DIGITAL RELEASES THE FEBRUARY 2024 U.S. PODCAST RANKER

 

NEW YORK, NEW YORK – MARCH 14, 2024Triton Digital®, the global technology and services provider to the digital audio, podcast, and broadcast radio industries, announced today the release of its February 2024 reporting period (January 29 2024 – February 25, 2024), U.S. Podcast Ranker, as measured by Triton’s Podcast Metrics measurement service.

SiriusXM Podcast Network remained in the #1 spot on the Top Sales Networks Report for the month of February, with 42.7M Average Weekly Downloads and 13.6M Average Weekly Users. NPR came in again at #2 with 25.9M Average Weekly Downloads and 7.3M Average Weekly Users, followed by Wondery again at #3 with 21.3M Average Weekly Downloads and 7.1M Average Weekly Users.

For this reporting period, the top three podcasts based on downloads included NPR News Now (NPR) again at #1, Dateline NBC (NBCUniversal News Group) climbing to #2, and Up First (NPR) stayed at #3.

For listeners, the top three podcasts included NPR News Now (NPR) again at #1, Crime Junkie (audiochuck) again at #2, and Up First (NPR) again at #3.

Debuts for both downloads and listeners in the month of February include The Megyn Kelly Show (SiriusXM Podcast Network), MrBallen Podcast: Strange, Dark & Mysterious Stories (Wondery), In The Dark (Soundrise/PRX), SERIALously?! (Audioboom) and more.

Dateline Originals (NBCUniversal News Group), Dr. Laura Call of the Day (SiriusXM Podcast Network) and The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell (NBCUniversal News Group) debuted for downloads.

The Top Sales Network Reports are ranked by Average Weekly Downloads and Average Weekly Users in accordance with v2.1 of the IAB Podcast Technical Measurement Guidelines. Participating Sales Networks include content owners/creators and sales representation organizations.
